City Cruise Terminal (Eastern Docks) City Cruise Terminal is in the Eastern Docks near the city centre. It's used by Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises and others. Address: Town Quay, Southampton SO14 2AQ — this is the easiest terminal to reach from Southampton city centre.
Horizon Terminal (Eastern Docks) The newest terminal in Southampton, Horizon handles a variety of cruise lines. Address: Eastern Docks, Southampton SO14 3GH.
How to Find Out Which Terminal You're Using
The easiest way is to check your cruise confirmation documents or e-ticket from your cruise line. The terminal name should be clearly stated. If in doubt, call your cruise line directly — they can confirm in seconds.
