About Mayflower Cruise Terminal

Mayflower Terminal is one of Southampton's most established cruise terminals, located in the Western Docks. It primarily handles P&O Cruises and Cunard Line sailings — including the legendary Queen Mary 2 transatlantic crossings.

The terminal is accessible via the A33 Western Approach, with clear port signage guiding you through the dockland area to the terminal building. Our drivers know this route and the terminal drop-off procedures extremely well.

• Cunard Line — Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth, Queen Anne

Note: P&O's largest ships (Iona, Arvia) use Ocean Terminal. Always check your e-ticket to confirm your terminal.

Pickup and Drop-Off

For embarkation: we drop you at the terminal entrance. Porters collect your cases from the vehicle. You proceed directly to check-in — no parking, no shuttle, no queuing at a car park.

For disembarkation: we position your driver at the terminal exit. After you collect your cases and clear border control, walk to the exit and your driver will be waiting with a name board.
